Butterflied Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Mustard
2 cloves Crushed Garlic

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil, then cool.

Marinate lamb overnight or for really super flavor, for 2 to 3 days.

Roast on a low fire, 40 minutes to 1 hour, approximately 30 minutes on each side.
