Brisket Marinade

Ingredients

5 lb Brisket
1/3 c. Liquid Smoke
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Lemon Pepper
Meat Tenderizer

Directions

Combine all the seasoning. Pour the mixture onto the meat and refrigerate for about 5 to 24 hours. Cover the marinade and bake for 8 to 12 hours.
