Bourban Marinade
Ingredients
| 4 | lb. | Chuck Roast |
| 5 | oz. | Soy Sauce |
| 1/4 | c. | Bourbon (brandy) |
| 1 | tsp. | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/2 | c. | Water |
| 1 | tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| Season Salt |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients. Marinate the meat overnight. Cook it for about 30 minutes in each side.
