Bobs Beef Kabob Marinade
Ingredients
| 1 | tbsp | Mustard |
| 1/4 | cup | Salad Oil |
| 1/4 | cup | Vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup | Ketchup |
| 2 | tbsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 | pkg | Dry Onion Soup Mix |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 | cup | Water |
Directions
1.5 lb - Beef sirloin or chuck
In a saucepan combine all the above ingredients except the beef. Bring this mixture to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, and let it cool.
Place meat and marinade in a bag. Toss the bag gently to coat the meat and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the meat and thread the skewer.
Cook until done.
