Bite-size Beef Marinade

Ingredients

1 medium Can Of Papaya Juice
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 cup Water
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Chinese Saute Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Mix and add meat.

Marinade 8 or more hours.

Optional: Add a tablespoon of meat tenderizer for each pound of meat.



This recipe is excellent for steaks to grill or broil. Also bite-size is great deep fried.
