Big Weekend Marinade

Ingredients

2 to 3 Tbsp. Minced Scallions (or Onion)
2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients, use as an overnight marinade for steak, ribs, chicken.

Note: Double for London Broil
