Ingredients
| 3/4 | c. | White Wine |
| 1/4 | c. | Chopped Onion |
| 4 | tbsp. | Butter |
| 2 | tbsp. | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | tsp. | Dry Mustard |
| Pepper To Taste | ||
| 2 1/2 - 3 | lbs. | Beef Tenderloin |
Directions
Put the meat in a baking dish. Add in the butter. Get a pan and put in the onion and the remaining butter. Saute until the onion is transparent. Place in the remaining ingredients and allow it to boil for a few minutes. Put in the marinate over the meat and marinate it for 1 hour. transfer the meat in a baking rack. Bake it at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
