Beef Or Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Salad Oil
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. White Wine
1/4 tsp. Ginger
2 cloves Garlic

Directions


Combine all the ingredients. Place the meat in the marinate and let it sit for 1 hour to 2 days. Grill boned chicken breast for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
