Beef Marinade And Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup Red Wine
1 Tbsp. Crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp. Ginger Root, Chopped
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl for marinade.

Set aside about 1/3 cup of mixture for sauce.

Place marinade over beef.

Marinate beef from 3 hours to overnight.

FOR THE SAUCE:

Strain out garlic, bring mixture to a boil.

Then thicken with cornstarch and water to desired consistency.

Use sauce as a gravy when serving beef.
