Ingredients
| 1 | sprinkle | Ground Pepper |
| 1/4 | cup | Basil Leaves (chopped) |
| 1/4 | cup | Dijon Mustard |
| 4 | tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | cup | Olive Oil (extra Virgin) |
| 1 | cup | White Wine (dry) |
Directions
Mix the wine, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Basil, and ground pepper together in a bowl.
Pour marinade on shrimp in non-metallic dish. Let marinade for minimum of three hours.
While grilling the shrimp, baste with excess marinade until shrimp is cooked.
Serves: 24 jumbo shrimp
