Basic Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

11 ozs. Olive Oil
3 ozs. Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 Lemon
1/8 bunch Fresh Dill
1 Yellow Pepper
1/2 oz. Sugar
1/4 oz. Salt
1/8 oz. Cracker Black Pepper
1/2 bunch Scallions
4 Salmon Steaks

Directions

Marinade 4 hours before grilling.

Portion 4 to 8 ounce steaks.

This recipe makes 1/2 quart.
