Basic Roast Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp | Cooking Oil |
| 1/4 | cup | Catsup |
| 1/2 | cup | Wine Vinegar |
| 1/2 | tsp | Garlic Salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | Dry Mustard |
Directions
Blend all the ingredients above together and keep in the bowl for now.
Now take the roast and place it in a clear plastic bag. Next pour the marinade in the bag and seal.
The meat should marinate for two to three hours at room temperature. Every now and again, move the bag to distribute marinade. Place roast on rack in uncovered pan. Bake at 325 degrees. Baste with marinade last hour.
Beef = 4-6 lbs., 2 1/2 hours or to 150-170 degree thermometer.
Pork = 2 1/4 lbs. - 3 hours, or to 170 degrees on thermometer.
