Basic Oriental Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Water
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tbsp. Ginger
dash Garlic Powder

Directions

Combine ingredients. Use with fish, beef or chicken. Marinade 3 to 4 hours.
