Barbequing Marinades

Ingredients

1 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 tsp Brown Sugar

Directions

Place steak in marinade all day. Then grill.
