Barbequing Fish Marinade

Ingredients

Barbequing Fish Marinade

1/2 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp Onion - Minced
2 tbsp Garlic - Minced
2 tbsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
1 whole Bay Leaf - Crumbled
1/2 tsp Rosemary

Directions

This is yummy on shark, swordfish, or tuna.

Mix. Place fish in marinade for a full day.

Then grill.
