Barbecued Spare Ribs Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/2 | tsp | Oregano |
| 2 | tbsp | Minced Onion |
| 2 | tbsp | Minced Garlic |
| 2 | tbsp | Parsley |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1 | pkg | 15 Minute Meat Marinade |
| 2/3 | Cups | Cold Water |
| 4 | lb | Pork Spare Ribs |
Directions
Combine the meat marinade package with water, pepper, parsley, garlic, onion, and oregano in a large shallow dish or pan. Make sure you mix thoroughly.
Place ribs in the marinade. Using a fork, pierce all surfaces of the ribs deeply and thoroughly to help the flavor get deep down.
Marinate only 15 minutes, but turn the ribs over several times.
Remove the ribs from the marinade, but save it for basting.
Place meat on the grill about 4-6 inches away from hot coals.
