Ingredients
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced |
| 1/2 | cup | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Chopped Fresh Rosemary |
| 1/8 | tsp | Dried Basil |
| 1/8 | tsp | Lemon Pepper (optional) |
| 4 | Pork Chops | |
| Grated Lemon Rind |
Directions
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, oil, rind, rosemary, basil, and pepper.
Place in gallon Ziploc bag the pork chops then pour in marinade.
Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Turn occasionally.
Drain, reserve marinade; brush on chops while cooking.
Grill about 6 minutes each side or until juices run clear.
This recipe can be used for ribs or pork roast as well.
