Badlands Bbq Marinade

Ingredients

1 1/2 qrtz Red Wine
1/2 qrtz Balsamic Vinegar
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
8 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 piece Fresh Ginger Root, About 1"
1 Jalapeno Pepper
2 Tbsp Tablespoons Ground Pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until herbs are chopped fine. It is fine if some chunks remain.

Store in a cool place.
