B B Q Fish Marinade

Ingredients

1 stick Butter, Melted
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dill Weed
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Vermouth
Juice Of 1 Lemon

Directions

Mix all ingredients and marinate fish fillets for at least 30 minutes.

Note: It is best to leave it for two hours then grill as usual, basting with marinade.
