Asian Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Asian Flank Steak Marinade

2 tsp Ginger, Minced
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Water
1 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

1 flank steak

Mix all the above ingredients into a bowl thoroughly.

Pour over flank steak liberally.
Let it Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

The Next day grill or broil the steak.
