Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | cup | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tsp | Marjoram |
| 1 | tsp | Thyme |
| 1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, Minced |
| 1/2 | cup | Chopped Onion |
| 1/4 | cup | Snipped Parsley |
| 2 | lbs. | Lamb, Cut Into 1 1/2 Inch Cubes |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour over lamb.
Marinade for at least 2 hours.
Grill on skewers with sweet red peppers, green peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes.
