Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Light Soy Sauce |
| 1/4 | cup | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | cup | Ground Pepper |
Directions
This recipe is great for chicken, fish or ribs. It is also low in cholesterol.
In a glass bowl mix pineapple and soy sauce with a fork or wire whisk. Whisk in the olive oil and ginger.
Marinade for 1 hour in refrigerator then cook as desired.
