Ingredients
| 1 | tsp | Marjoram, Crushed, Dried |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 | cup | Snipped Parsley |
| 1/4 | cup | Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 | cup | Tomato Juice |
| 1/2 | cup | Chopped Onion |
| 1/2 | cup | Olive Oil |
| 1 | tsp | Thyme, Crushed, Dried |
| 1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, Minced |
Directions
Add all the ingredients together.
Put your lamb, pork, beef or chicken in a plastic ziploc type bag. Pour the marinade on the meat covering all sides. Close the bag and place in the Refrigerater 4-6 hours or if possible, overnight.
Try turning the bag over multiple times so the meat is coated evenly.
Marinade makes enough to cover 3-4 pounds of meat.
