All Purpose Marinade For Stir Fry Dinners

Ingredients

1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Pineapple Or Orange Juice
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Wine Or Water

Directions

Directions are simple.
Mix above ingredients together in bowl or pan.

Cover beef, chicken or pork with marinade approximately 20 minutes before cooking.
Makes enough marinade for 1/4 lbs. poultry or meat.
