Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Dry Red Wine |
| 1/4 | tsp | Oregano |
| 1/4 | tsp | Marjoram |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
Directions
This recipe is good for 2 pounds lean meat, fish, or poultry. First, crumble the oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce. Let settle.
Add the pepper. Pour into a plastic bag. Add the meat in the bag and shake well. Seal bag.
For best results, chill for 12 to 18 hours. Use marinade as basting sauce while cooking the meat.
