7-up Meat Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 bottle Italian Dressing
2 tbsp. Ah Soy Sauce
1/2 bottle 7-up
1 c. Cooking Wine
2 tbsp. Regular Soy Sauce
dash Msg
dash Garlic Salt

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients together.

NOTE: Ah Soy may be purchased at an oriental grocers. This has a very special flavor.

Cut meat in to chunks and cover with marinade overnight or all day. Drain and cook over barbecue coals until done. Brush with the marinade from time to time.
