Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/2 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp | Hot Chili Sauce |
| 1 | tsp | Tabasco Sauce |
| 1 | tbsp | Hot Mustard |
| 1/2 | cup | Red Peppers - Finely Chopped |
Directions
Start by Mixing the Worcestershire, Soy, Chili, and tabasco sauce in a large bowl.
Next, add the Red Peppers and leave to set for approximately one hour.
Then, Strain out the Red Peppers, but save the liquid in another container.
Slowly heat the liquid while adding the mustard, and bring the sauce to a boil.
Reduce the heat, add the chilies, and cook on a low heat for approximately 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and let it cool.
Remove the Red peppers from the sauce again by draining liquid into bowl.
From here you could use the peppers as a garnish.
Pour onto your favorite type of meat and perpare like any marinade.
